Its Okay to Feel Lost

Happy new year people! Wow have I had an emotional first 2 days of 2026 and I am just letting myself feel, deal, and heal. 2026 is going to be my year of healing. I feel like I say this every year but healing is a journey and it is sure as hell not linear. I let myself live this year - I went out all the time, stopped overworking myself, and surrounded myself with new people. Awesome, amazing. But I think the reality of the things I struggle with is that sometimes I need to ground myself and come back to center. I have the most all or nothing mindset and it is something that I have been working to grow out of for years but its hard! And thats okay.



Its okay to feel sad. Its okay to feel lonely. Its okay to feel like you lost yourself. The power lies in how we respond to our feelings, to not let our feelings overtake us but inspire us to grow and become stronger than our emotions.
The only way to do this is to let yourself feel and process the things you are going through. I am going to continue to do things that fill my cup even when I am lacking motivation. I've been struggling with identifying the things in life that truly make me happy wish is something I am really going to focus on in 2026 - finding true joy and contentment in the mundane.
With that, I’m setting my intentions for 2026, focusing on finding inner peace and learning to offer myself the same love and respect I give to others. Love is truly such a beautiful thing and I don't just mean romantically. I mean learning to fall in love with life even when life feels overwhelming and scary. In order to experience the good, we must go through the bad and thats just life.
Here are some intentions I am focusing on moving into the new year:
ABUNDANCE MINDSET !!! There is so much to experience, give, and receive. Open your mind and heart to the endless potential that is to come.
Focus on improving, not proving. Don't change yourself to fit the mold of society.
Choose what calms your soul.
Find joy in the in between.
Energy is everything.
Let whoever, think whatever. But be mindful of the things the people you love say.
What's meant for you won't drain you.
Your self love must be stronger than your desire to be loved.
Its only embarrassing if your embarrassed.
Have more fun & make sure that fun is what YOU find fun, not how society defines it to be.
Move your body in ways that energize you.
DO MORE THINGS OUTSIDE!!! Touch some grass girl.
Put your time and energy into the people that fill your cup.
Authenticity is magnetic.
Its not a loss, but a redirection.
Create more than you consume.
YOU ARE 1 of 1. Own who you are.
Make happiness a habit.
Its okay if its taking more time than you thought.
Not everything has to make sense. Choose Peace. Let it go.
This is my year to heal. To surrender. To love. To be unapologetically myself. Do what makes you happy this year. And don't let ANYONE dull your light.
